PS: The weirdest of all, and hard to discover: In Saberin's Windows
3.1 Persian pack, to enter Theh (ث), you needed to enter Teh (ت), and
then add a combining dot above it. That was because they had decided
to reuse the codepoint reserved in the engine for Theh, for Peh
instead, a character more frequent in Persian. I have no idea what the
poor dot was in its previous life, perhaps a Dammatan (ـٌ) or
something...
